ORLANDO, Fla. (March 4, 2024) – Bluedrop USA, a training and simulation company for the U.S. aerospace and defense market, announces its newly elected Board of Directors. Comprising esteemed industry leaders, the board will play a pivotal role in steering the company’s strategic direction and fostering sustained growth in the dynamic aerospace training and simulation sector. Bluedrop USA is the sister company of Bluedrop Training and Simulation, Inc. of Halifax, Canada, a world leader in advanced training and simulation technologies.

The newly appointed board members bring diverse expertise and invaluable insights to Bluedrop USA’s leadership team:

Mr. Debbs Nelson, Chair of the Board, is an independent business consultant with more than four decades of experience managing operations in the drilling and production segments of the oil and gas industry, in both field and offshore operations. Nelson is an experienced corporate board member who brings extensive strategic, management and governance expertise to Bluedrop USA.

Mr. Gary Kessler, Director, is an independent consultant who performs a broad range of technical, management and organizational efforts in support of government and industry in the execution of Department of Defense activities in the areas of strategic planning, program management, work force development, systems engineering and test and evaluation, primarily focused on navy manned/unmanned platforms and weapon systems. Kessler is a former member of the Senior Executive Service with more than 35 years of federal service in a broad range of U.S. Navy acquisition activities.

Mr. Derrick Rowe, Director, is the Executive Chairman of BPLI Holdings, the parent company of Bluedrop USA and CEO of Bluedrop Training & Simulation, Inc. Rowe brings a focused executive leadership style that stems from three decades of experience leading international, corporate operations. He is highly valued for his expertise in managing businesses in highly complex, regulatory and operating environments. Rowe has led several publicly traded companies with operations in the US and internationally.
