Bluedrop USA Leader Recognized For Contributions To The Modeling And Simulation Community

ORLANDO, Fla. (Nov. 28, 2023) – Bluedrop USA, a training and simulation company for the U.S. aerospace and defense market, is pleased to announce that Jeremy Joseph, vice president, capture, training and simulation, was recognized today by the National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA) as a “Top Ten Under 40” leader. Bluedrop USA is the sister company of Bluedrop Training and Simulation, Inc. of Halifax, Canada, a world leader in advanced training and simulation technologies.

NTSA established the Top Ten Under 40 program to recognize the next generation of leaders in the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) community. A Top Under 40 awardee is an exceptional leader, contributor, and volunteer to the modeling, simulation and training (MS&T) community, who has achieved significant professional success early in their career.

Mr. Joseph is a results-oriented and visionary simulation, training, and technology expert with 16 years of experience as a dynamic solutions architect, customer interface, and effective company leader on the forefront of innovation. He recently joined Bluedrop USA as vice president capture, training and simulation after a 15+ year career including companies such as SAIC, CAE/Presagis, GameSim, and Luminar. Passionate about the Orlando Modeling, Simulation and Training (MS&T) community, Jeremy has been involved in several community organizations including the UCF Engineering Leadership Innovation Institute and has mentored senior design students. He has also been a conference chair for the Serious Play conference and the IMAGE conference. Jeremy holds a BS in Computer Engineering and a MS in Modeling and Simulation from UCF and is currently pursuing a D.Eng. in Engineering Management from George Washington University. He is also a NTSA Certified Master Modeling and Simulation Professional.
