Bob brings over 38 years of experience in the military and private industry to the BlueDrop USA team. Prior to joining BlueDrop USA, he served as the Director of Business Development for CymSTAR and as the Senior Director of Capture and Proposals at CAE USA, where he led the department responsible for over 400 proposals and $1B in annual sales.
His operational management experience includes overseeing complex international and domestic training services programs in Taiwan, the UK, and throughout the United States. Focusing on rotary-wing training, he managed a CH-53 and UH-60 training program in Palmachim, Israel, and served as the onsite Program Manager for the Royal Australian Navy's MH-60R Seahawk Simulation and Warfare Centre in New South Wales, Australia.
Bob has served in multiple military services, studied labor relations and collective bargaining at Cornell University and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management.
